Finger ChipsIngredients :

  • Potatoes - 1/2 Kg.

  • Pepper or Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp.

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil for frying


  • Method :

    1. Remove the outer skin from potateos and cut them into even sized finger like pieces.

    2. Put into salted water.

    3. Wash once or twice.

    4. Spread over a towel to remove excess moisture, deep fry in hot oil till golden color.

    5. Then, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    6. Have with Tomato Ketchup or Sauce.
