Chatpatta Corn

Ingredients :

  • Sweet Corn Kernels - removed from the cobs - Giant, Richfood - 1 pack

  • Fresh Grated coconut - 3 tbsp.

  • Halapeno peppers - 1 or 2 finely chopped

  • Cliantro - few leaves, chopped fine

  • Lime juice - 2 tsp.

  • Salt to taste


  • Method :

    1. Heat up 2 tsps of oil in a wok. Add 1 tsp of mustard (optional). After it splutters, add green chillies and fry them.


    2. Add the corn and stir well on high. Let the water dry up. ( frozen kernels have some amount of water on them.)


    3. Add coconut and lime juice and mix well.


    4. Garnish with cliantro and serve.
