Note: All ingredient quantities are ap prox.
Aloo - 4 big
Oil - For frying
Salt- For taste
- Wash and peel aloo. Cut aloo into small pieces of 2" long x 1/4" wide x 1/4" width. wash again.
- Heat oil in a kadai, fry aloo, till it becomes light brown. Take the fried aloo out.
- Sprinkle table salt to taste and shake well to mix evenly.
PS. You can also sprinkle chat masala to make aloo chat.
